RC Lens London is an elite youth academy delivering a professional development pathway aligned with the identity and standards of RC Lens. The objective of this recurring engagement was to bring clarity to how the academy presents itself, align brand and audience messaging, and build a content system that reflects the level of coaching, environment, and ambition on the pitch. The work focused on turning daily academy activity into structured, purposeful storytelling that supports recruitment and long-term growth.
